The Company’s shares have been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 11 October 2013. The principal activity of the Company is investment holdings. The Group is principally engaged in pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business and hemodialysis treatment and consultancy service business in the People’s Republic of China.
